Refund and Cancellation Policy
AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS BY CLIENTS
You can cancel your reservation at any time, however, cancellation fees apply. The cancellation will be effective at the time that we receive a written request from you or your Agent. The cancellation fees that will be applied as cancellation loss are as below;
- Cancellation made until 42 Days prior to the starting date = 30% of the total reservation amount (the deposit amount)
- Cancellation made between 41 Days – 21 Days prior to the starting date = 40% of the total amount
- Cancellation made between 20 Days – 07 Days prior to the starting date = 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation made between 06 Days – 03 Days prior to the starting date = 75% of the total amount
- Cancellation made between 02 Days – 0 Days prior to the starting date = 100% – No Show applied – Full Loss
- No refund is provided for a partially used Product.
After your booking has been confirmed proposed amendments must be provided to us in writing by ‘the Lead Client’.
If any number of your party is prevented from traveling because of death, injury, or serious illness of the client, close relative or friend, redundancy, or jury service, the above-mentioned rules will apply. If a refund is payable to you either because of an amendment or cancellation, the refund amount will be calculated according to these conditions and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. All bank fees incurred for processing/transferring the credited amount to the client will be the responsibility of the client. Please be aware that each reservation is unique, can not be transferred to any other person.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PANDEMIC AND CREDIT FOR FUTURE TOURS (CFFT)
If there is a case of closing the borders between the traveler’s country and India, this article applies. The lead traveler should apply a written request 14 days prior to the starting date. Global Star Tours LLC checks the official announcements; if the borders between the traveler’s country and India are closed due to the pandemic/quarantine reasons or not. If yes, this article will take place.
The client will be able to change the tour date 1 time in return for paying the difference of new domestic flights. The new tour date should be for the following 365 days. The difference in the domestic flights will be calculated by Global Star Tours LLC Team and the clients will be responsible to pay this difference. Global Star Tours LLC should be informed about the new travel date at least 40 days prior to starting date.

Users of our services are protected by India law. The service we offer is a digital personalized service, by proceeding to submit a reservation you agree to waive your cancellation rights.
2. REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
All refund requests and formal complaints must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. TIME FRAME
We aim to process submitted bookings within 24 hours. However we are not liable or responsible for delays caused in processing your bookings. We do not advise submitting your booking via www.go-visa.in within 24 hours of travel.
4. SERVICE COSTS AND FEES
By accepting these terms and conditions and after successful payment, you are instructing go-visa.in booking travel service to process your booking. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
5. NO WAIVER
In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.
All notices / communications shall be given to us either by post to our Premises or by email to email@example.com. Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
